Many posts in the comments are reporting continued success running Dragon 6.0.8 in the final public release of macOS Catalina. Looks like this is the end of the line, folks. As Dragon itself won’t be updated, I can’t see this changing for the public release. Just tested and Dragon 6.0.8 does NOT work at all in MacOS 10.15 Catalina (Developer Beta).
